In this session, the presenters will provide educators with practical insights into the adaptation and implementation of Explorations & Inquiry (E&I) materials within diverse English Language classrooms. As experienced English Language teachers, they will each present their journey of modifying E&I resources to accommodate heterogeneous learner profiles whilst attaining the E&I learning outcomes and engaging all learners in inquiry, in their respective schools. The session will also showcase authentic student responses and products that illustrate the effectiveness of differentiated E&I approaches and suggest ideas for how student learning can be demonstrated through adapted or self-crafted performance tasks.
Through their sharing, participants will gain insights on the varied uses of E&I materials as well as how challenges of heterogeneous student profile can be addressed while catering to the needs of verbal talents.
